At 100% Organic, we want you to love your sustainable fashion as much as we love the planet. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the organic pieces you wish to return.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all biodegradable tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
